Connect Groups are the heartbeat of church life! We are passionate about Jesus, which means seeing people connected into a relationship with Him and then into great relationships with each other.

Victory Connect Groups provides an opportunity for you to build new relationships, talk about God and connect with people outside of church services.

No matter what area you are interested in we have a connect group waiting to make you feel welcome, from sports to business, women’s and men’s, right through to on campus University groups.Connect Groups are a safe environment to which we can invite people from both the church and the community, where they can develop friendships and grow relationally with each other.   

We believe connect groups are a revelation and direction from the Holy Spirit as the key way to break our church down into smaller units to facilitate the development of relationships that people connect more vitally to the heart and vision of the local Church.

Empowerment  

The whole concept of becoming successful in every area of life. Building lives of impact and influence. This is facilitated through the relationships that people form in connect groups.

Multiplication 

Multiplication is leadership development. New connect groups, without breaking down relationships that have built over time.

It is also the whole concept of getting the people in our church who are not in connect groups into connect groups.
