PRAYER STATEMENT

TEACHING TOPIC

Throughout the Bible, God is revealed as a God who heals

• Jesus said "I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly". (John 10:10)
• Sin, sickness and death are from Satan.
• God gives only good and perfect gifts. (James 1:17)
• In Deuteronomy 28 sicknesses are listed under the curses of the law.
• Galatians 3:13 says that Christ has REDEEMED us from the curse of the law.
• God wants us blessed and healthy.
• When Jesus was on earth He went about doing good and HEALING ALL who were oppressed of the devil (Acts 10:38).
• When the Israelites were led out of Egypt by Moses there were no sick people. Psalm 105:37 "There was none feeble among His tribes".
• God brought His people out of captivity and into liberty and health. He hasn't changed.
• He will bring you out of captivity and into health.
• In fact legally He has already done it.
• On the cross Jesus paid the price for your sins and your sickness.
• Isaiah 53:4 He bore your sicknesses and carried your pains, and by his stripes you are healed
• 1 Peter 2:24 says...by whose stripes (wounds) you WERE healed.
• In Mark 11:23 Jesus tells us to SPEAK to the mountain (sickness) in our life. Speak these life filled scriptures over yourself and release your faith as you do so. Believe that what you say will come to pass and you will have whatever you say

Healing belongs to you as a child of God.

Jesus bore my sins in His body on the tree...by whose stripes I was healed.
(1 Peter 2:24)

If you have had hands laid on you, thank the Lord that you are RECOVERING.

Mark 16:18 says
"They shall lay hands on the sick and they SHALL RECOVER".

PRAYER FOR OUR NATION

Heavenly Father
We come to you in the mighty name of Jesus and we bring our nation before your throne of grace this day.
We ask for mercy Father where we, the church, have failed to pray as we ought, to love as we ought and to rule and reign as we ought.
We receive that mercy by faith and ask that you would wash and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Father you have declared our nation to be the Southland of the Holy Spirit and we pray that it walks in it's destiny this day.
Holy Spirit you are welcome in our nation, hover over it and let the winds of the Spirit blow through the cities, towns and paddocks.
WE plead the Blood of Jesus over our nation …over every port, airport, city and field.
Let every gateway to our nation be guarded by the angels and covered in the blood; just as Moses covered the doorposts with blood so we cover the gateways to our nation our with the Blood of the Lamb of God.
We put the bloodline around the coastline of our nation and set the angels on watch to keep and guard us in all our ways.
We come against and bind the spirit of terrorism that would try to intimidate our nation and the people.
Let your hand find all the enemies of this land of your Holy Spirit.
They may intend evil against us but we declare with the psalmist that they devise a plot that they are not able to perform …..that you will aim your bow of divine justice at their faces.
We lift up and pray for our Federal Police, Customs, the Defence Forces , ASIO and all law enforcement agencies and undercover operatives.
Give them supernatural wisdom, protection and divine guidance at this time.
Let the angels surround and guard them.
WE pray for the leaders of our land Father.
The spiritual leaders, the corporate leaders and the political leaders.
The heart of the king is in your hand and you turn it whichever way you desire.
We pray for wisdom for them and that they have godly counsel.
In this election year we ask that righteousness be exalted in our nation, that justice be cried out for, that wisdom would call out in every intersection.
Let there be cries of "restore" in the land.
We pray that righteous people be chosen in the pre-selection process.
That the heart of our nation turn towards righteousness and justice and the Fear of the Lord.
Father finally we pray
"Lift up your heads O you gates
and be lifted up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty.
The Lord mighty in battle.
Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. We will have no false Gods before us.
We declare Jesus is Lord over our land and that there is no God like Jehovah!!!
